FocusPath 是从不同焦点 (z-) 级别的各种全幻灯片图像 (WSI) 扫描编译而成的数据集。具有 GT 焦距等级的散焦镜头使图像自然模糊。该数据集可用于数字病理学/显微镜图像的无参考焦点质量评估。
FocusPath is a dataset compiled from scanned whole-slide images (WSIs) across various focal (z-) plane levels. Images are naturally blurred by defocused lenses with ground-truth (GT) focal level annotations. This dataset is applicable to no-reference focus quality assessment for digital pathology and microscopy images.
