NAIL: an evolutionarily conserved lncRNA essential for coordinating p38 activation and NFκB mediated chromatin remodelling in inflammation_4

We report the differential gene expression analysis of lncRNAs in wild-type, p65 KO and IKK2 KO MEFs stimulated with TNF alpha for 0min, 45min and 90 min. Immortalized wild-type, p65 KO and IKK2 KO MEFs were stimulated with TNFalpha (10ng/ml) for 0, 45 and 90 mins. Total RNAs were isolated using Trizol. RNA-Seq library was prepared by NEBNext® Ultra™ II Directional RNA library preparation kit according to manufacturer instructions. Paired-end sequencing was performed using Illumina NextSeq, 2x76bp. Raw reads were aligned to mouse genome GRCm38 by using HISAT2 .
