Has the following colophon: تم الکتاب علی ید الفقیر معروف بن (؟) عوض با حیدرة عفی الله عنه و عن والدیه و مشایخه و المسلمین آمین یوم الاثنین و واحده (!) و عشرین من رجب سنة اربع عشرة و مائة و الف من الهجرة النبویة الخ. Marginal notes at the beginning. The first leaf is wanting, and there are defects after foll. 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 31, 40, 41, 42, and 43. The following problem is added at the end: اذا کان رطل واحد بثلاثة و خمسة ارطال تباع بدرهم فان کنت فی علم الحساب مکملا فخذ لی من الجنسین رطلا بدرهم
