Raw microscopy data for "Knock-in Strategy Links Prx1+ Cells to Periodontium"

This dataset contains raw microscopy images from experimental group. Folder structure: Subfolders for each mouse line (Prx1-CreER-GFP/tdTomato and Prx1-knockin-CreER/tdTomato) and experimental condition. Periodontal Homeostasis Organized by tamoxifen injection dose. Periodontal Regeneration Organized by time points; subfolders include Control and/or Treated (Test) mice as applicable. Each file corresponds to one mouse (three mice per group). Fluorescence images are provided as merged channels: Blue: DAPI (nuclei) Red: tdTomato Green: anti-Bone Sialoprotein (BSP) or anti-Osterix (SP7) ND2 files are the original microscope data. This dataset was generated and organized by Dalia Rasheed Issa under the supervision of Giuseppe Intini. It is intended to support the figures in the associated manuscript and enable independent verification and re-analysis of the study findings.
