Direct determination of the astrophysical reaction rate of 141Pr(γ,n)140Pr at the SSRF-SLEGS

New measurement of 141Pr photoneutron cross section has been performed at the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source (SLEGS) of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) using quasi-monoenergetic laser Compton scattered (LCS) γ-ray beam. The cross section data of 141Pr(γ,n) was acquired using an unfolding iteration method with uncertainty less than 4%. The photodisintegration decay constants of 141Pr(γ,n) reaction for stellar temperatures between 0.2 GK to 10 GK are derived.
