In the current study association between intestinal microbiota and susceptibility to colorectal tumorigenesis was ivestigated in AOM/DSS mouse model. Cohorts of C57BL/6 mice were bred in different rooms within one animal facility and differed in susceptibility to inflammation-associated tumorigenesis. Gut microbiota was analysed before AOM treatment, after three rounds of DSS and after tumors development.
