<b>MRI Dataset: Thigh & Calf Muscle Segmentation</b>

This dataset provides expert-annotated segmentations of 13 thigh and 9 calf muscles from lower-limb MRI scans acquired using fat-water–separated 2-point DIXON sequences. It further contains the segmentation of thigh and calf subcutaneous adipose tissue. The dataset is released alongside our publication in Magnetic Resonance Materials in Physics, Biology and Medicine.
