The Caenorhabditis Intervention Testing Program (CITP) was created to discover anti-aging and longevity-promoting chemical treatments that worked in a genetically heterogeneous population of Caenorhabditis nematodes. We sequenced two strains used in the panel (C. elegans PD1073 and C. briggsae ED3092).
