Genetic basis of abamectin resistance in Tetranychus urticae

We investigated abamectin resistance in the abamectin resistant inbred strains ROS-ITi and MAR-ABi of the two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae.Two separate bulked segregant analysis (BSA) experiments via genetic mapping were performed to identify genomic loci (QTLs) explaining intraspecific diversityin the mechanisms underlying abamectin resistance.
