We report differentially expressed genes due to Cdx loss in mouse large intestinal tissue using RNA-seq. We report Cdx2 binding sites and chromatin accessibilty for target genes occupied by Cdx2 in mouse large intestinal tissue using ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq. Overall design: Identification Cdx2 binding sites, changes in chromatin accessibility and changes in expression of Cdx2 target genes.
