Despite the climate of maritime Antarctica having altered since the 1950s, the effects of increased temperature, precipitation and soil organic C and N availability on fungal communities inhabiting barren fellfield soils of the region remain poorly defined. Here, we test how warming with open top chambers (OTCs) irrigation and the organic substrates glucose, glycine and tryptone soy broth (TSB) influence a maritime Antarctic fellfield soil fungal community.
