Data, code and reproducibility record for: Journals closest in thematic statistical profile typically share no topics — information-preservation requirements for representing journal thematic identity
收藏资源简介:
Execution data, analysis code, checksum record and deposit governance for the study Journals closest in thematic statistical profile typically share no topics: information-preservation requirements for representing journal thematic identity. The deposit contains 64 entries: 49 execution data files (.csv, .npz), 6 analysis and figure scripts (.py), the 7 per-package SHA256SUMS files that seal them, and 2 governance documents — the deposit architecture decision and the reproducible inventory, so the record describes itself. Every reported quantity in the manuscript is traceable by SHA-256 to one of these artefacts. Random seeds are stated in Supplementary Section S4.2 and the software environment in Supplementary Section S11. The seven execution packages are: article_to_container_thematic_aggregation_v0.1, constraint_satisfying_representation_v0.1, minimum_faithful_representation_v0.1, paper3_conceptual_architecture_audit_v0.1, thematic_property_map_adjudication_v0.1, thematic_property_structure_v0.1, worktype_domain_inventory_v0.1. The study is built on OpenAlex, an openly available bibliographic infrastructure. Files are deposited unmodified: no downsampling, no lossy compression, no splitting. How to restore the data. Eight large CSV files are stored gzipped (.csv.gz), because Zenodo rejects single requests above roughly 4 GB. The largest, djt_topic_mass_sparse.csv, is additionally split into seven 400 MB parts, because the transfer could not complete in one request. Both steps are lossless and reversible: cat djt_topic_mass_sparse.csv.gz.part* > djt_topic_mass_sparse.csv.gz gunzip *.csv.gz Verify the download against Paper3_Zenodo_Data_Deposit_SHA256SUMS_v3.txt; after reassembly and gunzip, verify the restored data against Paper3_Zenodo_Data_Deposit_SHA256SUMS_v1.1.txt. Both files are in this record. No file is downsampled, re-encoded or altered. Integrity note. The SHA-256 of djt_topic_mass_sparse.csv (22,784,521,635 bytes) is the value declared by its sealed package SHA256SUMS, b03921b672f670fb148139821c657b04fc02e66d4424146ed02f57ba424abf08. This is a declared boundary of the study, recorded in Supplementary Section S10.
