This dataset presents network traffic captures for Internet of Things (IoT) device identification and profiling, collected in a controlled testbed environment. A total of 24 heterogeneous IoT devices were deployed and connected through a Raspberry Pi acting as a centralized gateway and MQTT\/HTTP server. Network packets were captured using Wireshark and processed via Scapy to generate detailed PCAP traces. Each device\u2019s traffic was recorded under two communication protocols\u2014MQTT and HTTP\u2014for both 2-minute and 5-minute operational intervals. The dataset provides a valuable resource for research on IoT device fingerprinting, network behavior analysis, and machine-learning-based device identification.
