RNA-seq was performed to identify the genes regulated by YBX1 in cancer-associated fibroblasts in HGSOC. Overall design: We performed RNA-seq analysis of primary human cancer-associated fibroblasts infected with lentiviral vectors carrying YBX1 shRNA and NC shRNA. Cancer-associated fibroblasts were isolated from omentum tissues of HGSOC patients with omentum metastasis.
