Prokaryotic Amplicon Sequencing in Nishinoshima

Microbial invasion is important in the primary succession after or before the eruption. Microbes play important roles in the development of primary succession, but much research on succession has focused on plants, and knowledge of microbial communities is limited. In this study, we estimated the prokaryotic community structure in the early stage of microbial ecosystem establishment on pyroclastic deposits.
