Intra-session variability of EEG signal features in externally-guided and classical resting-state paradigms
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the derived results of the study "Intra-session variability of EEG signal features in externally-guided and classical resting state paradigms". EEG was recorded with 32 channels under eyes-closed conditions in two paradigms: classical resting state (RS) and externally-guided resting state (EGRS), the latter composed of three phases (Animals, Family, Landscapes). For each recording, the dataset provides, in sensor space (32 channels) and source space (68 Desikan-Killiany regions), per-epoch values (36 epochs) of local activation features (Sample Entropy, Lempel-Ziv Complexity, Median Frequency, Spectral Entropy) and network synchronization features (PLI- and AEC-based functional connectivity, and the graph metrics Node Strength, Clustering Coefficient and Characteristic Path Length across six frequency bands). It also includes intra-session variability estimates (CV and RCV) of local activation features and graph metrics. Data are stored as MATLAB (.mat) files, each containing a variable named "data", and grouped in .zip files. Electrode and node location files are provided alongside. All values were computed with the functions available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23759839. Raw EEG data are not included; access must be requested from the co-authors, subject to approval by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Clínico de Valladolid. See README.txt for a full description of the structure.
