We report here the genome-wide deposition of H3K9me3 and H3K27me3 in wild-type, Mfn2-/-, Vhl-/- and HIF1dPA regenerating myofibers. Floxed alleles targeting knockout of Mfn2, Vhl, or expression of HIF1dPA were combined with the Pax7-Cre(ERT2) driver to induce recombination in the muscle stem cells of adult mice. Regenerating myofibers were harvested at 14 days post injury for analysis. Four genotypes were analyzed (wild-type, Mfn2-/-, Vhl-/- and HIF1dPA), with three replicates per genotype.
