Gene expression modification in lungs of rats exposed to Mitsui-7 and NM-403 by intratracheal instillation

In this work we study the pulmonary toxicological properties of Mitsui-7 and NM-403 using molecular toxicological approach. For this, we exposed Sprague Dawley rats by intratracheal instillation. Lung samples have been collected 3 days after the end of exposure and transcriptomics analysis were performed. 12 week old female Sprague Dawley rats were exposed by intratracheal instillation to Mitsui-7 and NM-403 (0.25 mg/rat). Mitsui-7 and NM-403-induced gene expression profile in Wild type and GMO [heterozygous for p53] rat lung was performed 3 days post exposure. Each group is composed of 6 control, 6 exposed rats (5 for GMO NM-403). A total of 35 samples (microarrays) was used.
