Coefficients of fractional parentage for the many-body states

The structured HDF5 file includes the complete minimal subsets of coefficients of fractional parentage (cfp) listed by Dobromir D. Velkov as part of his Ph.D. thesis at Johns Hopkins University. The coefficients are listed for the allowed states of all of the configurations from the p-, d- and f-shells for the so-called 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-body. The n-body cfp are grouped under homononymous "n" group in the structured file.  Higher-body cfp can be obtained following symmetry operations. I order to differentiate spectroscopic terms with the same L and S, additional quantum numbers of interest, like the seniority number or representation symbols, are also listed in the group "states" of the structured file.
