We empirically assess the measurement precision and sensitivity of a suite of gene expression technologies via a consensus modelling method called the row-linear model. Overall design: Purified NDMC1 (n=3) and NDMC2 (n=3) were obtained during surgery for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix HuGene2.0st microarrays.
