16S Data modified for MicrobiomeAnalyst

16S ASV Data modified for MicrobiomeAnalyst figure generation. ASV_Table contains all 16S sequences alongside taxonomic data for all 7 samples. ASV_Table_Modified is the same as ASV_Table but with all members of Cyanobacteria deleted (treated as a contaminant). ASV_Metadata contains information about each of the 7 samples, including which treatment groups they belong to for all 3 factors (collection date, inoculation status, and substrate type).
