16S rRNA Sequencing of Luhua Broilers Cecal Content Microbial Community

This project conducts 16S rRNA sequencing on the cecal contents of Luhua broilers. After collecting cecal content samples from Luhua broilers, the samples were stored and sent to Novogene Co. in Beijing, China. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to select the V3 and V4 hypervariable regions of 16S rRNA, generating amplicons for sequencing. Subsequently, analysis of the bacterial community data was carried out using the NovaMagic platform https://magic.novogene.com/, accessed on May 14, 2024. The study aims to analyze the composition, structure, and potential functional characteristics of the microbial community in the cecal contents. The obtained sequencing data will help to understand the intestinal microecology of Luhua broilers, providing a basis for exploring the relationship between intestinal flora and chicken health.
