Effect of adding Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves to diet on growth performance, meat quality, serum index, and gut microbiota in broilers

This study added different proportions of Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaf powder to broiler feed, and explored its effects on growth performance, diarrhea rate, meat quality, immune function and microflora of AA broilers. To clarify the mechanism of action of Zanthoxylum bungeanum on the growth and health of broilers, and to explore its feasibility as a feed additive.
