We investigated the role of PHF13 in TGFβ-induced Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition and found PHF13 is essential for TGFβ-promoted broadest H3K4me3 domains and super-enhancers activation. mRNA profiles of PANC1 cells following TGFβ treatment and PHF13 knockdown. The mRNA-seqencing was performed in duplicates including the following conditions: siControl, siPHF13, siControl+TGFβ, siPHF13+TGFβ.
