Comprehensive Development Areas

"Comprehensive Development" means a development that is comprised of 2 or more of the following uses: detached dwelling, two family dwelling, attached dwelling, multiple dwelling, commercial, institutional or industrial. Comprehensive Development data are updated by our Planning department as needed, and copied to the Open Data Portal on a weekly basis.

The "Last Updated" date shown on our Open Data Portal refers to the last time the data schema was modified in the portal, or any changes were made to this description. We update our data through automated scripts which does not trigger the "last updated" date to change.
