This statistic displays the result of a survey on the means of transport used by foreign travelers to arrive in Norway in 2018, by occasion. Foreign holidaymakers mainly arrived to Norway by air. The share of holiday makers using airplanes amounted to 53 percent, while the share of business travelers was 35 percent higher, amounting to 85 percent. Among holidaymakers, the car was also popular, as it was used by 22 percent of surveyed travelers. Only seven percent of business travelers used a car to get to Norway.
