Lung DNA methylation levels upon exposure to the house dust mite Blomia tropicalis in a murine model of respiratory allergy

This dataset report DNA methylation levels in over 285.000 CpG sites evaluated using Infinium Mouse Methylation BeadChip (Illumina) in DNA samples isolated from lung tissue after house dust mite allergen exposure in mice models. The allergens used for sensitization and challenge were the complete extract of Blomia tropicalis in one model and purified allergens (Blo t 2 and Blo t 13) in other two models.
