This dataset is named Sleep-EDF. It is a public database containing 197 full-night sleep records with expert-annotated event markers, which is highly suitable for cross-subject automatic sleep stage scoring research. The dataset covers sleep stages W (Wakefulness), R (Rapid Eye Movement), stages 1, 2, 3, 4, as well as M (Movement Time) and the "unscored" state. The age distribution of the participants in this dataset exhibits a clustered pattern. There are 197 records from distinct subjects in total, and the core research task of this dataset is sleep stage decoding.
