Lamin B1 (LMNB1) is a major structural constituent of the nuclear lamina, which participates in diverse cellular processes, including somatic hypermutagenesis. Lamin B1 depletion is associated with genomic instability signature and mutational clusters lymphoma cells. WXS was performed on two independent replicates after siRNA Lamin B1 treatment in BL2-WT, BL2 AIDnegative, and PCL12 lymphoma cells. sBLISS was performed on three independent replicates from BL2 cells (control, shLMNB1, etoposide treated) and two independent mouse replicates (4 mice per replicate -GC B cells from Control and Lamin B1fl/fl, and Naive B cell samples). RNAseq was performed in two biological replicates from BL2 control and shLMNB1 cells.
