Whole genome DNA sequence analysis was performed as trio in two autism spectrum disorder patients and their families with chromosomal translocation carriers. As a result of the analysis, the broken genes due to translocation, genomic copy number changes and single nucleotide variations that have been transmitted or de novo were detected.
