Chromosome-level genome assembly of the Japanese sparrowhawk Accipiter gularis (Aves: Accipitriformes: Accipitridae)

This repository provides genome annotation files for the chromosome-level genome assembly of Accipiter gularis (Japanese Sparrowhawk). It includes the structural gene annotation (GFF3), coding sequences (CDS), predicted protein sequences, and functional annotation results generated using eggNOG, InterProScan, KOG, Pfam, UniProt, and NR blastp searches.The files were renamed using a consistent and descriptive naming convention to improve accessibility and readability in Figshare.
