Purpose: The purpose is to systemically identify RNA expression between skin mast cells with distinct origins. Methods: We profiled RNA-seq in skin mast cells with distinct origins. Results: Early, late EMP and fetal HSC-derived skin mast cells display distinct transcriptome profiles. Skin mast cells were sorted from Csf1rCre/EYFP mice or Runx1Cre/EYFP mice at 1 week postnatal and then subjected to RNA-seq.
