The two Marxan-selected networks represent the same levels of recreational angling and carbon storage values, but they have different costs. Each performs more efficiently by the costs of its own cost surface (BD + ES Targeted Benefits was run with a cost surface including timber values, while Hybrid A was run only with the suitability index).
