Data used for paper "Evolving strain-rate distributions in pure shear as a function of anisotropic crystal plasticity". The simulations are designed and run with the simulation platform ELLE (http://www.elle.ws). The repository includes: Zipped initial files to run the simulations; Stress outputs, basal-plane activity outputs and localization factor calculated from strain rate outputs from ELLE; EBSD outputs from ELLE named as 'extract_xy_euler3-ZZZ', where ZZZ represents the pure shear deformation at each step (such that extract_xy_euler3-36 is a horizontal 30% shortening,extract_xy_euler3-69 is a horizontal 50% shortening, extract_xy_euler3-120 is a horizontal 70% shortening, etc). The structure of each file is as follows: unode number - x - y - euler 1 - euler 2 - euler 3 - VMS stress - VMS strain rate - phase (single phase).
