TPA

A database that contains sequences built from the existing primary sequence data in GenBank. The sequences and corresponding annotations are experimentally supported and have been published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. TPA records are retrieved through the Nucleotide Database.本数据库包含基于GenBank中现有原始序列数据构建的序列。该序列及其对应注释均有实验证据支持，且已发表于经同行评议的科学期刊。TPA（Third-Party Annotation）记录可通过核苷酸数据库检索获取。
