This resource contains larger files associated with the study here: https://github.com/avahoffman/urban-weed-genomics. Some of the files here will be necessary if you want to work through all the analyses on GitHub.<b>Genetic Data:</b><code>polyRAD_output</code>. Contains estimated polyRAD genotypes for all species. Each species' (denoted by two letter abbreviation) genotypes are provided in .rds (polyRAD), .rds (genind), and structure format.<code>polyRAD_output_for_sNMF</code>. Contains estimated polyRAD genotypes for all species, in a format appropriate to go into sNMF.<code>polyRAD_output_MMRR</code>. Contains estimated polyRAD genotypes for all species, in preparation for the MMRR modeling step. Notably, this format treats sites, not cities, as the "population" in order to retain fine-scale GPS coordinate and climate data for the model.<b>Spatial Data:</b><code>spatial_data</code>.
