资源简介:
The objective of this study was to establish a new unigene set for European beech (Fagus sylvatica). Six tissue types were sampled on a single tree (accession MSSB) used as a reference genotype within the BEECHGENOME project funded by ANR. The selected tree is located in Saint-Symphorien (44° 25' 41.138" N 0° 29' 23.125" W) in the south-west of France. A unigene set was established from the transcript populations obtained by short and long read RNA-seq technologies. These 6 tissues collected on MSSB genotype were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80°C before RNA extraction: - two types of buds : quiescent buds (CER-AB) and swelling buds just before bud break (CER_AA) both sampled during dormancy release the 15th of March 2017 -male (CRE_AC) and female (CER_AD and CER-AD_ONT_1_FAJ01520 ) flowers collected the 3rd of May 2017 -leaves (CER_AE) and xylem (CER_AF) collected the 28th of June 2017
