Single-cell Transcriptome Profiling of SW480 tumors from zebrafish xenografts

Single-cell transcriptome profiling of SW480 tumors dissected from zebrafish xenografts at 1dpi and 4dpi. Overall design: SW480 parental cells (GFP transfected) were injected in zebrafish and then dissected tumors at 2 time-points for single cell RNAseq: 1dpi (where all clones should be present) and at 4dpi (where only the clones that escape clearance are present). A pool of ~100 tumors were collected in a mixture. Dissociated single cells were sorted by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) into 384 well plates for scRNAseq SORT-seq, 3 plates for the first time-point and 2 plates for the second.
