By integrating Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 satellite data, and auxiliary terrain and soil data, this study developed a knowledge-driven mapping framework for large-scale citrus orchard identification. This framework successfully generated a 10 m resolution citrus distribution map for China in 2020. Validation based on 17,727 reference samples yielded an overall accuracy of 89.71%, a Kappa coefficient of 0.68, and an F1 score of 74.69%.
