Role for the Transcriptional Activator ZRF1 in Breast Cancer Progression and Endocrine Resistance

RNAseq analysis upon KD of ZRF1 to prove that depletion of ZRF1 results in the acquisition of metastatic behavior and drug resistance via misregulation of cell death and cell survival related pathways in MCF7 cells. Overall design: Control and shZRF1 MCF7 cells are grown as organoids in suspension culture during 7 days. Total RNA extracted from these organoids are seqeunced to find out which biological processes are impaired in ZRF1 depleted conditions.
