资源简介:

This working paper presents the NCACI framework for structuring multidisciplinary research and knowledge models in small, resource-constrained settings. The framework focuses on replicability, transparent data typing (clear separation of Hypothetical vs Measured values), versioned documentation, and TRL-oriented progress tracking. It proposes lightweight governance for authorship, citations, and release practices so that independent teams can produce citable outputs (e.g., DOI/ISBN artifacts) with consistent quality. Scope and contents — The paper outlines:• a replication-first workflow and SOP template;• a data dictionary pattern and quality gates for tables/figures;• TRL banding (1–9) with evidence expectations at each step;• minimal governance for roles, authorship, and version control;• examples of application domains from civil engineering (e.g., reflective surface studies in hill settlements, plastic-based structural concepts, GFRP-related hypotheses, small-footprint water/energy concepts).Examples are provided for illustration only and are not claims of deployment. Intended use — This is a working reference for educators, practitioners, and small labs who need a practical structure to plan studies, label evidence, and prepare public artifacts. Status and limitations — Some sections include Hypothetical values for methodological demonstration; any measured data, if present, are explicitly marked. The document does not constitute design approval or regulatory clearance.
