The 3D scanning Doppler wind lidar dataset is developed for complex terrain wind field retrieval research and forest fire rescue applications. It is generated from two 3D scanning Doppler wind lidars at the observation station in the Chongli mountainous area of Hebei Province. The dataset mainly records observation data including radial wind speed, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure information, azimuth and pitch angles of the scanning beams, etc., with a total data volume of approximately 500 MB.
