Single-nucleus transcriptome of the hippocampus from Stra8-cKO (Stra8L/-; Nestin-Cre) mice

We performed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) of the hippocampus from Stra8-cKO mice using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform to investigate the effects of Stra8 loss. Overall design: Single-nucleus RNA sequencing data from the hippocampus of Stra8-cKO mice were generated using the 10x Genomics platform and deep sequencing.
