VitGene Generalized Vitiligo Genetics Study

Generalized vitiligo is an autoimmune disease in which melanocyte loss results in patchy depigmentation of skin and hair. For this third GWAS of generalized vitiligo, SNPs were genotyped in 1,059 generalized vitiligo cases of European-derived white (EUR) ancestry using the Illumina Human OmniExpress BeadChip array.
