H&E-stained Ascending Colon Biopsies

This dataset includes H&E-stained ascending colon tissue sections from 20 patients with Crohn’s disease and 30 healthy controls. It contains 50 biopsy samples for model training and 116 samples for model testing. All tissue sections in the dataset have a size of 256×256 pixels, and leave-one-out cross-validation was employed for data splitting during training and testing. All biopsy samples were scored based on their pathological diagnoses. This dataset supports multi-scale observation at 20×, 10×, and 5× magnifications, with the task of Crohn’s disease diagnosis.
