Sport Courts:

Basketball: Interlocking hard plastic play surface lined for basketball, or line-marked asphalt surface.

Skate park: Concrete surface providing various levels of challenge designed for skateboarding. Features include rail slides, bowl, ramps, jumps and other skill elements.

Bike skills park: Man-made compacted soil ramps, trails, berms, transitional surfaces, half bowl, timber balance beam, highcornered vertical halfpipe, pumptrack, and other various skilled features for BMX mountain bike cycling.

Tennis: Line marked and colour painted asphalt surface for tennis play, or unlined turf and soil grass surface without nets; nets provided by user.

Pickle ball: asphalt courts marked for pickleball.

Lacrosse box: Perimeter enclosed hard court surface used primarily for lacrosse and ball-hockey. Line-marked asphalt surface enclosed with plywood sideboards with galvanized chain link on top. Includes penalty and players box with benches.

Multi-use court: Line marked for multiple sport types.

Data are updated by city staff as needed, and copied to the Open Data Portal on a weekly basis. The "Last Updated" date shown on our Open Data Portal refers to the last time the data schema was modified in the portal, or any changes were made to this description. We update our data through daily scripts which does not trigger the "last updated" date to change.
