Plasmid sequences and metagenomes of "Ca. Methanoperedens" from bioreactors and environmental sites Genome sequencing and assembly

This project contains metagenomes of "Ca. Methanoperedens" and eight plasmid versions that associate with them. The genomes were assembled and binned from metagenomic DNA that was generated from two bioreactors containing enrichment cultures of "Ca. Methanoperedens", and different environmental sites. Two plasmid versions (v1 and v2) were manually curated to completion.
