Under the control of STRA8-MEIOSIN transactivator complex, numerous unidentified genes plays essential role in male meiotic progression. HSF5 is one of the candidate for transcriptional regulator in murine meiotic prophase. In order to reveal the role of HSF5, the multi-omics study was conducted and compared them between control and Hsf5-KO.
