A single-cell resource for Janus kinase and cytokine target expression in five inflammatory skin diseases

Corrected version 1.0.1 of a harmonised transcript-level single-cell resource for atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, alopecia areata, vitiligo and prurigo nodularis. The release contains ten dataset-level AnnData objects with 384,666 QC-pass cells from 151 samples and 125 donor identifiers, nine integer count matrices, one source-defined processed-expression matrix, donor-level pseudobulk tables, non-ranked target coverage and lesion-control summaries, comparator-stratified selectivity, strict complete-pair bootstrap sensitivity, cohort-evaluability tables, a frozen 31-gene JAK and cytokine target panel, source manifests, checksums, schema documentation and reproducibility code. The resource is intended for target-expression review, hypothesis generation, assay design and independent reanalysis. It does not establish protein localisation, target engagement, efficacy, safety or causality. The tar archive is split into 20 ordered parts; download the checksum and reassembly files. A separate tables-only bundle supports reuse without the full AnnData archive.
