Data and computational files supporting the network pharmacology and molecular docking prioritization of six natural compounds in prostate and gastric cancer

This repository contains the curated datasets, molecular structures, network files, enrichment outputs, drug-likeness results, molecular docking inputs and outputs, native-ligand redocking validation files, PLIP interaction reports, analysis scripts, and figure source data supporting the study “Network pharmacology and molecular docking prioritize structurally diverse natural compounds with predicted multitarget potential in prostate and gastric cancer.” The study was conducted within BRACOL-BioVal, a binational Brazil–Colombia initiative for the functional validation of natural molecules in prostate and gastric cancer models.
